I was buying an urn to replace one that had gotten damaged, and this company has treated it like no other! It came secure in a soft (felt or velvet?) bag and with care instructions. The ribbon I got was also bubble wrapped and carefully placed into its box. It’s so nice to know they actually care for the safety of your purchase.
